First Security!

  • This site does not take any secure details like Credit Card information - we instead pass you over to a "Payment Gateway" (PayPal) who handle the transaction safe and securely for us.
  • We have chosen to use PayPal to take our online payments. PayPal is the largest organisation taking online payments in the world so is a very reputable company.
  • There is a fee to make entries on this site - none of which comes to us - it goes to the credit card company, and a small fee to PayPal itself. This fee is displayed at all times on our pages and included in the total fee shown.
    (Fee is 3.4% + 20p)
  • Note: if you are using PayPal payments from any website you are unsure of make sure the address of the page you enter credit card details etc on starts "https://www.paypal.com/" and a padlock appears (usually on the bottom bar of your window).

Now a rough Guide - how to use online entries

  1. Select your event
    • At any point you can click on the navigation on the left side to view all events by this club, or to change to another club's events.
    • Find your event and go to the entry form - most events you have to click to say if you are a member of the club or not, (this is due to discounts some clubs offer their members off entries

  2. Fill in your details
    • Many entries require you to enter Horse Name, Club Name and Rider Name - click in the box next to the name and enter your details.
    • Some fields are optional, some must be filled in - if you miss any out you will be brought back to the text box to enter the required details.
    • If you are not a member of any club enter "None"

  3. Select the classes you want to enter
    • Tick the box to the left of each class you want to enter
    • On ticking certain classes they may not allow you to enter certain other classes in the competition - for example if a club has the rule entering the Novice Class does not allow you to enter the Open Class you can.
      (If you enter one of these classes a message will appear informing you of this and the tick box will be disabled).
    • The cost to enter the classes will be displayed as you select each class.
    • When you have selected all the classes for that horse click the "Add to Basket" button, your entry will be displayed in a shopping basket.

  4. Working with Shopping Basket and Payment
    • If you want to enter more horses or a different rider on the same payment click "Add More Entries for this event ".
    • You cannot enter classes or training from another event / date until you have completed this entry
    • The other option from the shopping basket is to click "Checkout" - this takes you to a payment options page.
    • From the payment options page you can either pay by PayPal if you have an account, or listed below this message is an option if you "don't have a PayPal account" - where if you click this button you will go to a page to enter card details etc.
    • When payment is complete you should receive an email almost straight away to confirm your payment.
